Even after fulfilling all the pre requisites to use airtel 5g unlimited service, they stopped delivering unlimited data. A lot of users are complaining about this on other platforms. Airtel should be clear and transparent. Customer care executives are also just trying to pass the issue by telling some network maintenance is happening and it will be resolved soon , but they have no idea about the issue and solutions or they don’t want to give us unlimited bandwidth.
