Airtel connection is not letting me make calls to toll free numbers starting with 1860…i tried calling up customer care to inform about the issue, but the customer care representatives are refusing to lodge a complaint. This is ridiculous. Also, I have tried calling toll free numbers so many times but every time I do I receive an IVR that the balance is insufficient to make the call though I have enough calling balance. Please help resolve this issue. Thanks
