Dear Sir/Madam I want to complaint against Mohan Kumar Customercare advisor of Bharti Airtel Limited Plot No.21 Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park Chandigarh 160101 who is refusing to give me speed of 100mpbs and lay down fiber optical cable in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab.As other telecom companies are giving speed of 100mpbs at Rs 499 in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab.Iam attaching as a proof that mohan kumar customercare advisor is refusing to lay down the fibre optical cable in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab and also refusing to give a speed of 100mpbs in Phase 9 Industrial Area SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab.Please take an immediate action as soon as possible.Thanks
