I had taken a mobile phone in EMI from Airtel and successfully paid the full amount and the loan is closed. The issue is I have written several emails and called as well requesting NOC for my closed loan, the loan was with Federal Bank I think. It’s now 25 days and I have just received emails saying my case is being looked on priority. Please help me with this as this might affect my cibil score as well.
