I am using this Airtel no. 9004068350 since last 10 years .I bought this from Mumbai and now I have relocated to Pune last year .
Suddenly my sim card stopped working since last week. I went to Airtel Gallery and came to know that the Sim is registered with the name of Amit Singh .
I really don’t have any Idea regarding this as I have spoke to your Customer Care Executive so many times earlier and whenever I gave my number for any enquiry I got my name from you .
I don’t know what happened to your documentation or if anything happened from your end. But as my sim stopped working I am facing a lot of issues as this number is attached to all my important documentation like adhar card, bank details etc.
This email id is not registered it’s saying ,I don’t know how. I use Airtel app as well , made transactions through airtel bank as well.I cannot generate OTP to make this connection post paid or port the number to another service provider.
I have tried calling your customer care several times but couldn’t get through. If you can help me with this I shall be grateful.
