Text of Complaint by Pankaj Mahata:

I, Pankaj Mahata, took airtel broadband connection (Airtel broadband Fixedline no.- 012447099896_dsl) which is providing very poor service. When i tried to disconnect the connection, airtel is not giving any option to disconnect and delaying the process by raising complaint and solving without doing anything. Airtel is delaying the whole process to charge me Auto 3 month renewal which i have not given permission. In this way they are stopping dissatisfied consumer to shift to other good broadband service provider.
