Dear Sir/madam,
This is to complain That I had port 3 connection from Airtel to Jio recently, two number of them were suspended for not paying full amount. the numbers were suspended from 14th Aug, but I paid the remaining amount on same day(14th Aug). below are the detail
Connection Number 9874259150 , paid through net banking on 14th on Airtel site, Order number given by Airtel is 6832215029195587584.
second Connection Number 9836487329 , paid through net banking on 14th on Airtel site, Order number given by Airtel is 6832215874699788288,
But After 96 Hours , still the numbers are not activated as no action taken by Airtel. I want you to plz help on this. Plz see the attachment with all detail.
