Two years back I have recharged my mobile phone with 399. After seven days they were supposed to increase prices so they floated message to recharge mobile in advance to save money. So i recharged my mobile with 365 days offer. But due to this my seven days old recharge got lapsed. After long complaint,inspite of transferring my excess amount to bank, they reversed amount of 351rs as my main account balance and also confirmed me that they will allow me to use this amount during my next recharge.
Now, as I had already recharged
My mobile with 365 days , I was not in position to use my main account balance in all one year.
After one year when I tried to recharge my mobile, I was not allowed to use my main account balance as airtel had withdrawn their offer.
And accordingly I have to recharge my mobile using cash.
So kindly see what can be done.
Amount is small but like this they would have cheated many and may using crore of rupees.
