I moved to Meerut city on 26th June 2020, since then I am not able to access my internet. I registered my first complaint on 27th June, airtel customer care given me date by 3rd july your problem will be solved, then on 7th July I again complaint then they said by 15th July it will get resolved, after I called them on 18th July they still told me it will resolved in next 3 days but it is not resolved till date. Also even after my regular complaint on airtel, I daily connect with they only say their network team working.
It has been more than one month airtel is not able solve my problem, not only this , they charged me for 200 MB in my postpaid bill.
I want my problem to be solved or else airtel should pay a fine in order to not able to provide customer service.
