Sir/Madam,
I have an complaint regarding my airtel simcard services .
I am using this sim card around 2 to 3 years back so , it was mentioned that the validity of this sim card is lifetime .
But now in from pasw 2 weeks I am continuously receiving the message from airtel side that the outgoing of your sim card will be barred in 1 2 days so , recharge with 35 rupee special recharge.
When it was in the policy that the validity is lifetime then how can they do like this. I recharged for Rs 10/- to Port out the Number but im receiving message as Port number not formatted correctly. If validity got expired they should not allow users to make recharge for Rs 10/- also. Very bad experience from Airtel. Kindly lodge a compliant and take necessary steps
It is a complete open fraud to the users .
Please take some strict actions regarding this fraud.
