This is to bring to your attention that Airtel is harassing their customers by giving fake plans and extracting money without giving services. Kindly confirm why Airtel is doing so??????????
I, Amit Gouniyal is using one Airtel plan for my family and always paid my bill on time but at the same time Airtel did fraud with me and knowingly wasted my time.
I registered a complaint in the month of September 2020 regarding internet issues and the same complaint was closed without rectification and my knowledge. When the situation still persisted, again in November 2020 I called customer care and they reopened the same complaint and this is to bring in your notice that after nine months the said complaint is still open as Airtel wants to make money only by fooling out to the customers.
Again, on 9th June, 2021 I registered a complaint and still waiting to rectify the issue but no action till yet as Airtel don’t have any respect for customer’s time and money.
By this mail, I am informing you that I’ll not pay any bill until and unless the said complaints will not resolve as per Airtel’s commitment and concern’s will give me written clarification of the carelessness as I paid my bills on time since September 2020 to till date and I as a customer I have the right to ask clarification on fraud and my time wastage.
It’s very shameful for Airtel.
