To whom it may concern
This is to inform that i have opted for airtel 1999 plan which includes 3 postpaid 1 broadband and 1 dth. ( airtel black 10101011408480 )
I requested to remove one postpaid in march21, customer care told it will be removed. after 2 months when i checked on 14th May 2021 it was still not removed.
Customer care told to pay bill so that they can remove it right then i paid bill still they did not remove it.
next day they told to pay 40 rs advance, i paid but they still did not remove it.
again next day as they told i paid again 30 advance, customer care assured me that it will be removed so i added another number as a replacement. Still they did not remove it.
And charging me extra deleberatly fraudulently for 2months.
I have all the recordings from march2021 since when i was requesting and everytime airtel customer care assured me that you will not be charged extra.
Note-
1. I will not pay any bill if airtel do not resolve this issue.
