This is enraging to be really honest, I mean what is wrong with cellular networks in India. Airtel without notice has seized by incoming/outgoing service just because I had minimum balance. I mean seriously, I have multiple Sims n I use my numbers as per my will. If your packs are pricey why would customer go for it anyway. N to compete and generate revenue like competitiors (Jio) u force people to recharge. I mean what sort of strategy is that, or is this aliance to force people towards Jio, either way you are losing a customer from Tomm for sure. I’d rather pay 500 to get Jio sim rather than paying 200 to you guys (Airtel) who have been highly unfair to customer. I mean free will please.
