Airtel is exploiting customers in the name of giving broadband connetion in 48 hrs and taking money

i need my money back as its been close to 2 weeks now

Hi All

Just one word for the experience i had for my new broadband connection i.e. Pathetic
At this time when whole world is trying hard to come out of this dire situation, your people are exploiting its customers in a very cunning and shrewd manner to meet there monthly or annual target it seems
This kind of people are shame to our country who only knows how to make the fool out of there customer and exploit it to the max .
Coming to my concern, as i was looking for broadband connection and i contacted this rude person Mr Gopal on 26th March for the same and was told connection will be done within 48 hours even irrespective of the lockdown situation but you have to make the payment to our sales executive who will visit your place . Hence withing couple of hour, sales executve came along  with the payment link and kept on insisting me to make the payment as he has to inform the same to Mr Gopal .
I did the payment on the very same day around 3 pm for which the receipt is attached with this email and then i called Mr Gopal to inform him about the same. His tone and voice was completely different then what it was when he was before the payment .He said “yeh faaltu ka follow up mat karo .mujhe pata hai mujhe kya karna hai “
i knew there was something fishy out there and patiently waited for 48 hrs as they said it will take that much time for the connection
When i contacted Mr Gopal for the same on next day, he said it is not poossible to give the connection because of ongoing issue in our country and we are not sure when it will be done . Straight away , i asked him to refund my money as i cant wait forever for same and specially after being fooled by this skillfull person
I kept on calling him and did whatsapp but there was not a single response
I gave his number to one of my colleague and explained him what happened with me . To my surprise, when my colleague called him, he told him the same thing that you will get the connection in 48 hrs but you need to make the payment first
So my point here is that there is nothing wrong in being honest as the customer might be having some emergency for which he cant wait forever and thats why he opted for your connection as you promised to provide the same in 2days
Mr Gopal is a shrewd an cunning guy. A pathetic human being who does exploit his customers in this stressful time
I dont need your connection anymore as i did not get what i was told and i am writing this email so that my refund should be done asap because i am tired of calling your customer care number from past 5 days and was left with no other option but to write this email .
