I am a subscriber of airtel (8826615370) since 2011 & the story (services & support) is going absolutely fine (till 25th nov) but from the past 4 days I am facing a serious inconvenience.

I got to know about from airtel that recharge prices are increasing from 26th november so if u recharge early then it will be considered as extending recharge.
Right now I am using a (Rs.1498) recharge which i did it on 16th july 2021 and its validity is upto 15 july 2021. So i did a (Rs2498) because i am confirmed of the extension but the thing doesn’t go that way. Right now instead of extending my recharge both recharges (Rs1498 & Rs2498) are working in parallel which is nothing more than a non-sense (Because both having a overlapping feature of free calling).

I tried calling airtel service center and they even transferred my call to their respective supervisior but they could not resolve my issue. Instead they kept on saying that ” sir u have done different recharges ” but at the time of recharge I checked all the terms & condition and nothing is mentioned there. I visited airtel store also and he registered a complaint with my number which he called that it will activate in 3-4 hours but nothing such as happened. I even tried to reach out at [email protected] but they consider it as a mistake

I did 5 recharges(family) on 25th november from phone pe 2 of them got extended but 3 recharges facing the same kind of problem. I have 231 days left for the next recharge. Please kindly look into the matter and take the stringent actions.

It is not a feedback , it is a complaint that you are not following the recharge extension that you are providing as an offer to do early recharge. You must take strict action against the airtel.
