If you have promised a Lifetime Validity while buying the card who authorised to change it. Was a Consent signed for this from the customer or did you announce the same to the customer ? I bought the card for RS 200 and changed for another 200 when you wanted to issue 4G Card did i ask for it ? is the 3G and 2G services dead in all the region ? why is that you upgrade your network we have to pay for what i dont want.
