I am using Airtel sim since 6 7 years for lifetime validity they charged me 67 rs , now suddenly they changed it to 28 nov. Forcing me to recharge even i have balance of 400 in my account. Even not able to use plans using existing balance. On each complaint getting different answers for you can not use main balaance , we cant do from here go to outlets, use *121*51# to change plan, recharge will only change plan bla bla… I have already paid still not able to use that balance why should i recharge? Facing range issues .. pathatic service..
