I am a customer of Airtel for a long time. I currently use a pack which is supposed to provide 1.5 GB/day data. Before the daily limit exhausts I recharged again with a pack of 2GB data.
This 2GB data was neither showing in my airtel app nor I was able to use the internet post exhaustion of my daily 1.5 GB data.
When I checked with customer care they told me it was used completely, whereas I didn’t use it at all. And all of this happened within an hour of 2GB recharge.
When I asked why it’s not showing the data pack details in my airtel app, they claimed that the reason is exhaustion of the pack. They denied to lodge any complaint for that also.
Airtel is just cheating their customers by consuming the data. I had to recharge again to continue my work.
I want a strict action against the network provider so that they think atleast twice before doing fraud with our hard earned money.
