Text of Complaint by Amresh Ratan:

Since month I logged multiple service request regarding internet outage . I understand due to Covid-19 Airtel is working with less staff but still it’s the responsibility of service provider to fulfil the basic criteria If unable to do so then they shouldn’t have to charge the usage amount in the monthly bill for the days when service is unavailable.Moreover , I tried reaching out local field engineers but they are not at all helpful and giving excuses over phone .The last SR-117399976 as logged and it got resolved after 24 hours of outage and right after sharing the closure code with service engineer internet went down and now Airtel App is not allowing to create new request and asking to download another app which is specially for Android phones only. On top I received a service request closer mail from Airtel Nigeria circle when I am using this connection in Bangalore , Karnataka India . It’s a clear case of irresponsibility from Airtel and I believe they shouldn’t be allowed to share our data out side country and atleast run some emergency helpline to address the long pending issues . This outage has direct impact on my work and now I am afraid of losing my job .
