Text of Complaint by Sinha v:

I recharged my pre-paid mobile on 3rd oct 2021, Service was not activated. Full 30 days lapsed – full amount of validity recharge misappropriated by Airtel, but service not activated, again on expiry of validity I recharged with Rs 79/- on 3rd Nov,2021, still service not activated, though Rs 143.57 is the Talk time and validity of 27 days remaining – still Airtel is bent upon harassing customer and cheating customer by charging and not providing service or connectivity. This number is registered with banks – hope Airtel is not involved in Bank Fraud due to this non-providing of service of mobile phone.
