Text of Complaint by Rohit Jain:

I am writing this with the heavy heated that I am not at all satistied with the response from the Airtel during the current situation of covid 19.
Can you please tell me the detailed status of the broadband landline number i.e 08049573799 as it is pause or still activated . Just now ended up paying 2003-/ rs for the service which I have not used as well.
Time will come where the customer also will respond like the same way. Definitely I will no longer promote airtel to anyone for the internet connection .
If I am receiving further bill of every month I am writing here that I will not going to pay anymore and will also move to consumerĀ court to resolveĀ the issue as I have all references of the communication which I tried in past.
