Airtel is charging 1860 series numbers at 1 Rs. per minute. While during recharge airtel says that free unlimited Local National Calls. But this one is also a national number. Then, how can airtel charge for it. If airtel wants to charge than why dont they inform during recharge, sms and ads. Mostly persons are unaware about it. Most of the banking numbers are start with 1860. But I am unable to call in bank without talktime recharge. Then what is the benefit of unlimited pack.
