Today 27/11/18 i have received a from airtel stating that outgoing services will expire tomorrow. To continue services i need to recharge 35rs for every 28 days.
But i have already have balance in my airtel number and it has lifetime validity.

My Airtel prepaid number, out going and incoming calls has been blocked, even it is having enough balance unlimited. It seems I have to recharge for 35 rupees /28days..
These operators are cheating the customers.. TRAI has to take a serious action against it.
