I am facing an issue with aritel regarding the bill payment of postpaid account. My postpaid monthly plan is 499 rs but Airtel is adding some booster pack amount in bill and asking me to pay amount of 943rs. This is a fraud by airtel and we are not getting proper support from Airtel customer care. Booster packs should not be added in the monthly plan unless availed by consumer. This is not acceptable. I request you to take necessary action on this so that other consumers don’t face this issue.
