This is the message from AB-RECHRG of 24/08/18 at 14.14 on my mobile no. 9199670302:
“Congrats on Recharge of RC 8, Now you can Enjoy Local + STD Calls at 30p/min for 84 days. To check balance Dial *121*2# For best offer call 505”.
The above package is still running/valid. But, AIRTEL on its own (without my request or my concurrence) has wickedly renewed a package of Rs.5 which does the same thing as was already running/valid, and deducted Rs.5 from account of my mobile no.9199670302.
Please see this SMS sent by AB-AIRSTR on 29/10/18 at 01:41 to corroborate this fact:
“VOICE-RC5-STD calls@30p/min-28days-OLD has been renewed on your airtel mobile. Rs5.0 has been charged to your mobile account.”
This sort of foul plays or mischievous actions of AIRTEL are not new. After launch of JIO, AIRTEL is often doing such things in order to compensate for fast dwindling profits. I, therefore, want that AIRTEL must be taken to task to stop cheating its customers.
