I got a connection confirmation(order ID: 21-58781497678) on 04/10/23 9.56am that Airtel engineer will attend same day 11am for installation and since then nobody called or provided connection. I called many times but nobody responded. I called customer care and from there also i didn’t get any proper reply. Today on 11/10/23 I called sales person and got to know that they cannot provide me connection and it is cancelled. After checking all details they agreed for connection and I paid the whole amount and wait for one week without any reply. This is how Airtel is treating their customers.
I request to take appropriate action against those who responsible for this delay in installation or to reply immediately they cannot provide connection. Cant tolerate this ignorance.
