Hi ,
I recharged to wrong number yesterday and requested them to cancel my order based on a reference number, they asked me the name of the customer whom I recharged so that they can cancel, I don’t know the name at that time so contacted the person and provided the name then they told they can’t refund because it is recharged from amazon website.
I asked them don’t refund but cancel the order , they accepted it and asked me 4 hours time to resolve that issue. After 4 hours they called me again and told they will fix it by end of the day. As there is no response I called them next day and they asked me complete story again and they are telling I need to contact Amazon.
Below are my questions.
1. If it is not possible to cancel any recharge then how can they cancel of it is recharged from my Airtel
2. If it is not possible why they accepted and told me they will resolve it.
3. Why should I explain the same story again to every time I call don’t they note down the compliant raised by the customer.
4. Why I am unable to contact the manager who promised me he will resolve the issue.
5. How they can change the words and tell me that they told the same yesterday.
