We have an Airtel internet connection and regularly pay the bill generated on timely basis. The internet stopped working on 21st August 2022 and after that we have been raising complaints on a daily basis on the Airtel Complaint number. We keep getting the response from their customer advisor that the issue will get resolved within 4 working hours and that they have assigned a technician or an engineer to visit our premises, however no technician has visited our premises and they keep disconnecting our calls or talk very rudely with us. This is highly unacceptable and not expected from such a big company.
