I am one of the Airtel Premium customer. I am using airtel network since 2009.
I am unable to use internet if it is on full range. I have checked on airtel’s open network and it is showing data use status as Execellent, but we are unable to use the internet. It is taking toooo much of time load one page. Then you can assume on the load time of videos and download time. I have reported the same issue to airtel customer care many times and still it is not resolved. It has been taken half an hour to enter in to this site to report this issue. Airtel is offering 1.4 GB data daily, but most of the time we are unable to use 20% of it due this issue. Then what is the point to give this offer. If many of the cusomer is raising any issue, airtel should complete it on prority.
In recent times, we can port to any network easly, but i am using this network from past 10 years and there will be a emotions to jump in to any other network. Airtel also respect those emotions and should take necessary actions immediately.
