I am Ram Prasad Singh and i purchased airtel internet tv set top box in the month of july but since then it is creating a lot of problem for me .the remote they gave me in exchange of my old remote is of poor quality due to which i have to spent a lot of money on it .it suddenly unlocks and this time only its power button is working .no other button is working due to which i am unable to watch any channel . So i request you to please repair it or return my old remote with the set top box. I am a poor private worker I can’t bear these frequent expenses
