Text of Complaint by Antara Chakraborty:

I would like to voice a complaint regarding the internet connection of my Airtel number 8583810743. Since 25th Feb’20, the internet speed of my 4G sim has greatly reduced and currently, the speed is even lower than 2G speed.

I have previously lodged a complaint regarding the same on the 25th Feb afternoon at the customer care service number (121) of Airtel.

I was advised to wait till 3 pm on 28th Feb because they have been fixing some issues and hence they said that after 28th the speed will increase to how it should be. But the speed is still the same.

I, therefore, contacted the customer service again today and I was again asked to be patient and wait a little longer.

I would be highly grateful if you would kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and fix it because I need the internet urgently.

I have been an Airtel customer for a very long time, all because of its good service. But if this issue can’t be fixed soon, kindly let me know so that I can port my airtel connection to some other service provider.
