My location is pansoa himachal pradesh.whenver i called customer care they said that our service in your area is excellent.but the truth is different from their sayings.I am using airtel connection from nov-dec 2017.when i bought the sim and used it the internet speed was very excellent that time i had 3g phone but still speed was excellent in starting days after 2-3 months speed started gradually decreasing but now i have 4g phone and i am getting the speed like 2g connection.with each passing day internet speed is getting worse.every time it makes me to think about to change the connection to other telecom operators. I didn’t even took jio sim card because i thought your connection will work like starting days when i used your sim for first time.but i don’t think you are really interested about the issues that your customer is getting because of you.when i am looking at the network coverage that is showing excellent .i don’t know who add these type of coverage ,when the speed of internet is getting worse.first check your connection speed after that add these type of coverage(excellent).
