Text of Complaint by Sharad Mane:

I purchased new mobile phone about 15 days ago, since then internet is not working. I complained to customer care but they are not responding. I m not able to use bank apps which are very essential. They are giving 8/June date for resolution of problem. Problem can be solved just with configuration sms, but customer care is irresponsible. Very pathetic services. Airtel must compensate my loss.
