I would like to address a complaint on the Internet facility provided by airtel is worse than a GPRS, I bearly get an internet speed (0.11 Mbps) to send a whatsapp message, no doubt you guys are best in India but in my case I feel you are worst.
When I go to complaint in Airtel App, I always get a automated message that a new tower is being setup, but then there is no such thing done, it was just a bluff made by you people, again I go to complaint and same thing I get new tower is being setup (Manipulative Fraud Strategy).
But please I request you to kindly look at this place, my address [Sapthagiri Extension, Tumakuru – 572102]
