There’s a internet disconnectivity from 12/12/2023 to till date. Having made repeated calls and sent repeated mails about the fault in the connection, the only response from their side is an automated reply mail. Though the technical person visiting the area, they were saying that the issue is beyond the scope to resolve. When reached the Airtel store in Porur, Chennai, the store in-charge people pointing out the area in-charge for the poor service. And there is no way to reach that area in-charge person from the customer side because he is too busy to even attend his co-workers and technicians phone calls. It’s a complete negligence from Airtel. This is happening for the third time after we have shifted to Airtel this year March.
