Sir,
- Myself Santosh Meher from Haldia West Bengal have lodged several complaints about gsm internet service proviede by airtel to me. Several dockets were made by them whenever I called up to their customer care. After several calls when I insisted to speak to their seniors I was asked not to call further in this regard as it was already looked after and was asked to gollow up in their websitee. Am I responsible to look after what job is going on for rectification I feel my job is to inform them about their poor services so that yhey can mend it. Following up is their part of maintenance job and not mine. Ultimately nothing. Everything in vain, nothing was done. Nor any representative contacted me or sent me a mail.
- This was carried out for several months or even more than a year. Now I had recharged for 2gb data per day for internet but mostly left unsed as because of low speed or no network connection/coverage. Even friends keep telling me that your no is not reachable most of the times. Sir I have a suffered a lot. Most of money that has been paid for recharges is wasted as because more than 50% times I could not use it for bad network coverage and/or speed.
- So what do I do next. Please guide as getting proper services by network companies is necessary for consumers business and social requirements.
