Hi,
I would like to bring to your immediate attention the most pathetic service from Airtel.
My complaint number is 044-42642129
124232048 dated November 10th and today is November the 15th. When I just called customer care, the case is still open and they are saying time to resolve and close is the 17th.
I have been calling every alternate day to register a complaint and the technical support team has not even visited my residence for the last one week.
Such a pathetic service can never be entertained. I would be forced to escalate this issue to the next level if my complaint is not resolved at the earliest.
