This is Sandeep Karki, I have recently changed my prepaid connection to a postpaid family pack (earlier I was a postpaid user which I changed to prepaid) . In which I am using 3 numbers 2 for voice and data and one for 4g data. Numbers are as below.
Primary number : 9686193564 (Sandeep V Karki)
Spouse number : 9686957999 (Shwetha R)
Data number : 9945964132
On all 3 numbers the internet is nor working properly. Especially on the 4g hotspot device internet connection is not at all consistent and also when it works speed is like 50-70kbps.
I have raised many requests for the resolutions but nothing has improved till now. I bought a brand new device believing that Airtel is a good brand and is known for its service, but this time I am very disappointed and not at all happy with the service. I have attached my service request screenshot below for your reference. These requests are related to my primary number, but however I have also raised similar requests for data numbers and for my secondary number. The complete address where I am facing is given below. I am hoping to get a solution as early as possible because this is affecting my day to day work activity and which is not good for me.
