Good afternoon sir/ma’am,
I have a complaint against my postpaid sim card( 9797473124 ) of mumbai circle which I am currently using in jammu, my hometown. And just to let know….all of this is happening much before this lockdown even started.
The internet is not working even at 2g speed..forget the 4g.
Despite many attempts n tires of changing the APN settings & everything
I am still facing the problem.
This is not the first time that I am facing such a problem.
About an year ago…I lodged the complaint with airtel about the same… and even after running around for months behind them.. nothing was solved.
My bills were continuous despite the fact that it was I was unable to use airtel’s services due to their incompetence to solve my problem.
I am shocked that how could they take things for granted.
When such is not the case while generating the monthly bills..!?
Anyways…this time I hope you will surely help me . looking for a positive outcome from it all.
