Daily data balance exists around 1GB (4G). The internet service is very poor. Only for some time I’m able to use my internet plan without problems. Restarting mobile phone or flight mode on/off helps restore good internet service only for a few minutes and then it doesn’t work.
I’ve made complaints 4 times related to this. Of which 2 of them is raised as SR in Airtel thanks app. Its been a month now and neither the problem is resolved nor there is any follow up regarding this.
Each time I call customer care, they provide false promise like it will be resolve in less than a week.
I feel like I’m wasting my money not getting any benefits back from Airtel.
