I have raised complaint for Internet not working near my residential area after that internet stopped working anywhere from July 14th 2022

Until now the issue has not been resolved, whenever i reach airtel customer support, they will tell it will resolve soon and will escalate the issue to higher authority.
I am really very unhappy with the airtel support provided for me. I request at least to restore my internet like before if airtel is not capable of fixing the issue.
