My internet has not been working for 2 days now. And every time I create a ticket they close it stating it’s resolved while I reopen it again. Today technician visited the site and said they were checking the wiring outside and without sharing anything just left. When I called back they said that somebody else would visit again. Such a pathetic service. I regret taking this provider. I wish they had the minimum courtesy to keep the customer informed on the status and the eta to fix the issue
