Text of Complaint by Piyush Vig:

I have Airtel Prepaid Sim and I am getting 2G signals on my mobile phone since last month, not able to use voice/internet services of my prepaid plan. I have filed complaints on Airtel Customer Care many times but, the issue hasn’t been resolved, and the customer care is not providing a specific time for issue resolution.
