Hi,

I am following up with Airtel Team via Customer care no. & Airtel Thanks app regarding my internet issue where I am situated currently in my native place (Bisauli, Dist.-Budaun-U.P.), Pin code:- 243720 at the Dabtori road location BTS. Irony is that, Airtel is noting down down the request & closing the same by themselves without resolving the issue. I am fed up with the same & planning for the number port to other operator to work & use internet. Please help me resolve otherwise i will port my no. to some other operator.

SR no. closed by Airtel without my consent is:- 31-3198120335886

New SR raised:- 31-3295935482399 (Hope this also does not close by itself by Airtel).
