I have already asked for disconnection on 2nd of March 2019 but still there were Rs 535/= Charged in April 2019. Subsequently I talked to customer care and he asked me to send an email at “ceet.fsl@airtelworld.com” with a cancelled cheque so that the amount can be refunded. The email was sent 22nd April 2019 with a follow up on 2nd and 7th May 2019. Nothing is happening. Please resolve it immediately and refund my money.
