I have taken Airtel subscription in Bangalore. When I travel to Kolkata, even though roaming and other necessary settings are on, the internet doesn’t work. Tried to contact customer care but was not able to. When I raise the concern using Airtel thanks app, it shows its already looking into it, but when I open service request page, it shows zero request.
