I do 598 recharge on Airtel and they give me 6 gb data free but when I redeem coupon the service not give by airtel . Then call Airtel customer care but he says sorry we can’t do anything when I say, i bear the loss then he say yes . Overall this is a service Fraud and after telling the problem they ignore me. Here clearly they violate the consumer rights.
