I subscribed for 1 yr prepaid plan for unlimited call and 2gb per day pack last month.
From yesterday onwards experiencing data vanishing l of sudden.
On 5th june 5.30 pm. Received alert of exhausted 50% of ur high-speed data.
By at 6 pm itself. Without any alert for using up.of 90% or 100 % data.. the net was slowed down to 10 to 30kbps..
So. .More than 1 G B data vanished without my usage.
Today 12 midnight i checked the data reserve. It showed 2028 mb.full2 gb.
But net is very slow at 12 to 20 kbps .
I rebooted the mobile. Still the same problem.
I don’t know how to approach this issue. At 121 customer care i am unable to reach their executives. Only ivr message i get.
