Hello Sir/Mam
There is one major issue I have been facing for the last 3 months and it is still not resolved or taken care of.
Every alternate day , my internet data gets deducted by 50% without usage. I had a call with customer care and he told me that at night i have used my data but my internet is off all night then how it has been used so he didn’t have any answer.
I have been trying to connect with customer care but the customer care number doesn’t seem to be working. Nothing happens when i select any of the option
Even nodal officer numbers are not reachable.
I have 2 numbers of airtel and this issue occurs in both numbers.
Could you please help if possible else i have to choose other operators because it is impacting my work. I need all my data to continue working.
