On 20th we got a message that our internet service is on maintenance and will resolve by night 10 again we got another message it will take time for one more day and on 22nd I was bound to raise a complain as even after the maintenance was over no connection was available… I informed my issue no the customer service said it will resolve in 48 hrs .. but even after 48hrs I didn’t get a call back nor any updates.. I was continuously informing if they are putting a working service on maintenance then why they are not informing or arranging a secondary option as our work is also getting hampered also in this situation. When I am calling them today again they are saying it will resolve by 27th and when I ask to talk to senior authorities they say we cannot and we have arranged a call back but from20 till today I didn’t get any call back from the authorities nor any resolution
